13th SAMA(82) AGM and Reunion - 2010
Friday 26th March to Monday 29th March 2010
The 2010 reunion weekend will be held at The Britannia Prince of Wales Hotel, Southport
Accommodation is all ensuite and the following packages are available, all which include the Gala Dinner:-
3 Nights Dinner B&B - £160.00 per person
2 Nights Dinner B&B - £120.00 per person
1 Night Gala Dinner B&B - £95.00 per person
Gala Dinner Only - £18.50 per person
NOTE: There are only 10 single rooms available and then a supplement of £10 per guest, per night, for single occupancy of double / twin rooms will be payable.
A number of rooms have been blocked out for us but the deadline for booking these is 12th February 2010 at which time any unreserved rooms will be released back to the Hotel for general sale. After this date the above packages will still be available but will be subject to availability of rooms at the Hotel.
There are car parking facilities available at the Hotel but a fee applies.
Members who do not wish to partake of any of the packages are quite welcome to attend the AGM and join the rest of the members on a daily basis in the bar - and in the Function Room, after the completion of the Gala Dinner on the Saturday evening, for the Raffle and Entertainment. Please indicate on the Attendance Form if this is the case.
