Laurence, aka ‘Larry’ from Watford, Hertfordshire, was born on 12th February 1955.
He died during the attack on Mount Harriet 11th/12th June 1982.

In 2022, as part of the 40th Anniversary commemorations, geographical features were identified and named after the fallen of 1982. LOFTY WATTS HILL is the summit (414 feet elevation) of Middle Island in King George Bay, West Falkland.
